WTPL is a digital marketplace designed to empower offline businesses by helping them list, promote, and sell their products and services online using our infrastructure. Whether you're a small local vendor or a mid-sized enterprise, we provide the tools you need to monetize your offerings in the digital economy. This Terms of Service agreement outlines your rights, responsibilities, and usage guidelines when interacting with our platform and services.

Definitions

• WTPL / Platform / We / Us / Our – Refers to the digital marketplace hosted at www.webfinex-techfusion.com and operated under the brand WTPL.

• Vendor / Merchant / Seller – Any individual, entity, or business using the platform to list and sell their products or services.

• Customer / Buyer / User – Anyone using the platform to browse, discover, and purchase listed products or services.

• Services – Encompasses website access, product listing tools, payment gateway integration, marketing support, and order management features provided by WTPL.

• Subscription Plan – The pricing tier chosen by the vendor which governs feature access, listing capacity, support, and more.

General Conditions

By using our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. You may not use WTPL for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You must not transmit any worms, malware, or destructive code. Breaching any terms will result in the immediate termination of your access.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time and to suspend or remove your listings or access due to violations, suspicious activity, or non-compliance.

Marketplace Use

Vendors must:

• Provide accurate and updated product/service information.

• Deliver goods/services as promised to customers.

• Use only approved payment and delivery systems.

Customers must:

• Make genuine purchase attempts.

• Refrain from abuse or fraudulent activity.

WTPL reserves the right to moderate, suspend, or remove listings or accounts at its sole discretion.

Subscription Plans & Payments

Vendors select from various plans offering different features and levels of support. Fees are charged based on the selected plan and are:

• Non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

• Subject to automatic renewal unless cancelled in advance.

• Prorated for upgrades but not for downgrades.

Failure to pay on time may lead to account suspension or removal.

Free Plans and Trials

WTPL may offer free plans or trial access to vendors. These are provided “as-is” with no service guarantees and can be discontinued without notice.

Modifications to Services and Prices

We may modify or discontinue any service or pricing structure at any time without notice. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of such changes.

Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible for inaccuracies in listing details or third-party content. Use of information on the platform is at your own discretion and risk.

Optional Tools and Integrations

Third-party tools integrated into the platform (e.g., shipping or analytics services) are used at your discretion. WTPL holds no responsibility for third-party performance or compliance.

Taxes and Compliance

Vendors are responsible for managing taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) applicable to their sales. WTPL does not withhold or remit taxes on vendors’ behalf unless legally obligated.

Refunds, Disputes & Chargebacks

Customers must raise refund or return requests within 7 days of delivery. Each case will be reviewed individually.
Vendors are expected to resolve disputes directly with customers. In case of unresolved matters, WTPL may intervene.

We may deduct chargeback amounts from vendor settlements where:

• Goods/services were not delivered.

• The product received was defective or not as described.

• Duplicate or unauthorized transactions occurred.

Prohibited Activities

Vendors and customers must not use the platform for:

• Gambling, Ponzi schemes, MLM, escort services, or speculative activities.

• Illegal, adult, or hate-based content.

• Activities violating Indian law or platform policy.

Violations may result in suspension, legal action, and/or permanent ban.

Limitation of Liability

WTPL is not liable for:

• Disputes between buyers and sellers.

• Delayed or failed deliveries by third-party couriers.

• Loss of revenue or indirect damages.

Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

Termination

Either party may terminate their account by written notice. All outstanding dues must be cleared before termination. We may terminate without notice in case of fraud, abuse, or breach of terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
